2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete the checkout process.

2.2 Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order but is a record of your intent to purchase.

3.1 All prices listed on the Website are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment via PayPal and most credit cards. Your payment information will be securely processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

4.1 Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeframe.

4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Additional charges may apply for international orders or expedited shipping.

4.3 Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address.

5.1 We offer a 30-day return policy for Noodle sets. Noodle sets must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return an item.

5.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6.1 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the products.

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
