4.3 Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address.
5. Returns and Refunds5.1 We offer a 30-day return policy for Noodle sets. Noodle sets must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return an item.
5.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Limitation of Liability6.1 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the products.
