4 simple steps to painless injections. We are well into the 21st century, and by now, you would think somebody might have figured out how to make injections painless easily.

Fortunately, the FDA just approved a device called Noodle that just does that. In 4 easy steps you can even inject yourself comfortably. They are listed below. Watch the video for a visual demo.

• Place an arrow sticker on the skin with the green arrow pointing to the injection site.
• Place a sponge stick in the receptacle and close the compartment.
• Place and hold Noodle on the injection site with the arrow on Noodle pointing to the tip of the yellow arrow on the sticker. And turn Noodle on.
• Wait 25 second till the LED counts down to zero, and Noodle beeps. Remove Noodle and inject where the green arrow is pointing.
